''Faith and belief comprise a very important part of our lives. A person's beliefs in many ways define who they are -- how they see themselves, what they want out of life, and more. I as Grand Duke of The Lagoan Isles wish it to be everyones right to believe what they so wish, within the limits of Lagoan Law. Being head of state of a micronation has enabled me to see that everyones beliefs, be they radical or 'normal', play a key part in Lagoan life, and should be cherished and nurtured in order to create a great nation for future generations.

On this web site my government and I will offer a personal account of our love of The Lagoan Isles; and through our love, one hopes you will join us in creating a nation which prides itself in its love of nature, as well as love for one another. By describing how my belief in our nation has changed my life in profound and exciting ways, I hope that it may change the lives of others.

I'll also be sure to provide links to my favorite sites as well as information about organisations that help strengthen or support our nation. This I believe is an important step in bridging the gaps between micronations; and through technologies, such as the world wide web, we are able to have free-flowing dialogue, which can only strengthen the links with our allies.
